Bob Landry, Owner

After moving to Santa Cruz in 1974 Bob started on a dual path of construction and architectural design. He became a laborer with a local contractor while attending Cabrillo College. While he worked his way up to foreman, he also prepared plans for residential building projects. In 1985, with his general contractor’s license in hand, Bob established Landry Unlimited, offering residential construction and design services. To further his skills in building design, Bob attended UC Berkeley and earned a B.A. in Architecture in 1992. His studies included sustainable green design, architectural history, structural and site design. Since then he has shared his vision of high quality residential design and building and consulting services with a long list of happy clients on the Central Coast.
